Lobelha has grown a little bit over the years to create more bedrooms.

Lobelha has grown over the years to provide more bedrooms for guests. The latest addition was the purchase of the other main house, Monte de Lobelha, down by the lake.

Casas Novas has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, an office/dressing and of course a kitchen/dining room and a living room. It is surrounded by multiple terraces you can enjoy from April to October, some of which are shaded, some of which are under the sun.

At the eastern side of the house is a unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that’s nice for a family of four persons. It also is the place of the kitchen and living room.

Going westward, you then have an “appartado” with one bedroom and another office/dressing room, and one bathroom.

At last you have a final “appartado” with access on both sides of the house that provides 2 smaller bedrooms and bathrooms.

Outside of this main area, you will find a large garage for 2 or 3 cars. At the end of the garage is a workshop for tools and repairs.

Going west, you will find the generator house on the road, 100m from the house.

Further west, 60m from the generator house, is a little house for a guardian/housekeeper etc with one living room/kitchen, two sperate bedrooms (one is accessible from outside), and two bath/shower rooms. These are mostly unused, but fully equipped with heating, electricity and kitchen and have been repainted.
